CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve dedicated time for every vehicle. Please review the following before booking. Booking & Pricing Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation and any required deposit is paid. Package pricing is based on the selected vehicle size and its condition. Excessive pet hair, sand, staining, heavy soiling, or other conditions requiring additional work may affect pricing and service time. We will discuss any adjustments and obtain your approval before performing additional work. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With timely notice, any deposit may be refunded or transferred to a new appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, any deposit is forfeited. A new deposit may be required to rebook. To make changes, use your booking link or call/text (561) 324-9981. Vehicle & Location Readiness Please have your vehicle, keys, and access to the service location available at the scheduled time. Remove personal belongings, valuables, and child safety seats before service. NHFD does not remove or reinstall child safety seats. Mobile service requires a safe, permitted workspace with sufficient room around the vehicle. Please arrange any necessary property or parking authorization before our arrival. If we cannot access the vehicle or begin service within 15 minutes because it or the location is unavailable, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment. Weather & Scheduling Severe weather or unsafe working conditions may require rescheduling. If NHFD must move your appointment, there is no rescheduling penalty. Any deposit will transfer to your new appointment or be refunded if you choose to cancel. Service times are estimates and may vary with vehicle condition, weather, and access. Service Expectations & Payment Results depend on the condition and age of your vehicle’s surfaces. Complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, or existing damage cannot be guaranteed. Please disclose known damage, sensitive materials, or other concerns before service. Any remaining balance is due upon completion. Please review your vehicle with us at handoff so we can address any concerns promptly. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this detailing package booking policy.
